You will need an email address to set up your account and receive email from Melissa. If you want a private email address that won't get mixed in with your other email get a free, web-based email address at hotmail or yahoo. We will never send anything by postal mail to you, your information is completely confidential and your address is needed to prevent credit card fraud. We respect your privacy. If you do not wish to receive emails simply reply "unsubscribe" or "remove" or "DUMP ME MELISSA" , or send an unsubscribe request to firstname.lastname@example.org and your email address will be deleted from our list

If you do not follow these instructions exactly our customer service staff may be extra bitchy, demand extra payments, tributes or presents or fuck you up for real. So be POLITE and DO AS YOU'RE TOLD, worm.
Help! My username & password don't work!If you have a username and password make sure you are typing them in exactly as they were sent to you. They are case-sensitive (CaSe SeNsItIvE): "SPOOGER" is not the same as "spooger".
If you're absolutely certain that you're using the correct user/pass, try the following things. FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY:
1. Hold down your "Shift" key on your keyboard and press "Reload" on your browser. The user/pass box should pop-up again.
DO NOT just choose "OK".
RE-ENTER your correct user/pass and then press "OK".
2. If that doesn't work, you will need to clear your Internet Explorer "Temporary Internet Files" (cache) by going:
Tools > Internet Options
Then, under the "General" tab you will see a section called "Temporary Internet Files". Click "Delete Files", then click "OK".
Then close your browser entirely and try to enter again.
When re-entering the site, make sure to RE-ENTER your user/pass. Don't just choose OK.
3. If you're still having problems, GO BACK AND DO STEP #2 AGAIN! 99% of all password problems are fixed with Step #2 ...but you must follow the instructions EXACTLY.

YOU MUST include your name, username and password or PIN number, transaction number, your browser and computer info, and any other information that you think might help us solve your problem and we'll be happy to help you.

Why can't I get the Video or Audio to work?
VIDEO TROUBLE:AUDIO TROUBLE:
As of May 2012, video is available in MP4 High Definintion (HD) format (1280x720), Windows Media Player High Definition (HD) format (1280x720), Windows Media Player Standard (STD) format (640x360), and in M4V format (960x640) for certain mobile devices and smart phones. Older videos are available in WMV HD and WMV STD.
For video playback on any computer, we recommend the VLC player. You can download the VLC player here:
If you have any technical problems with viewing the video contact email@example.comThe audio at Humiliatrix is available in mp3 and some of the old, old files are in Real Audio. Real Audio is buggy and we hate it. So try MP3 format, it is oh so much easier for everyone.
Still, some of the older audio is only in Real Player. You may need to download RealPlayer in order to listen to it. Get a FREE Real Player at http://www.real.com. Look for the link that is small but says "Real Player Basic is our free player." They will try to hide the link but it is there, just look around the bottom of the page for it.
Just as you need to enter your password in your browser like Explorer or Netscape to get to our members area, you need to enter your username and password in your Real Player as well to get it to play the audio files in our members area.
Usually RealPlayer will ask using a pop up box for the username and password. Enter your Humiliatrix username and password.
Also try changing your RealPlayer preferences, such as asking it to buffer at least 30 seconds before it attempts to play the file, or the folder location where it is storing your files. Also go to preferences > General >empty location bar so that you do not have the RealPlayer trying to use the same bad file you got the error with over and over.

We have been in business for over 10 years and we respect your privacy. We understand that confidentiality is important to you. We will never rent sell or share your email address or other information with anyone. When you sign up you will be asked for your address simply to ascertain that you are the cardholder as a security measure. No postal mail will ever be sent to your home.
